ܣܟܐ ܡܫܬܡܥܐ ܒܝܢܬܟܘܢ ܙܢܝܘܬܐ ܘܕܐܝܟ ܗܕܐ ܙܢܝܘܬܐ ܐܝܕܐ ܕܐܦܠܐ ܒܝܬ ܚܢܦܐ ܡܫܬܡܗܐ ܥܕܡܐ ܕܢܣܒ ܒܪܐ ܐܢܬܬ ܐܒܘܗܝ
'bwhy 'nthth br' dnsb edm' mshthmh' khnp' byth d'pl' 'yd' znywth' hd' wd'yk znywth' bynthkwn mshthme' sk'
It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even named among the Gentiles, that one has his father’s wife.

ܘܐܢܬܘܢ ܚܬܝܪܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܘܠܐ ܕܝܢ ܝܬܝܪܐܝܬ ܝܬܒܬܘܢ ܒܐܒܠܐ ܕܢܫܬܩܠ ܡܢ ܒܝܢܬܟܘܢ ܗܘ ܡܢ ܕܗܢܐ ܣܘܥܪܢܐ ܣܥܪ
ser swern' dhn' mn hw bynthkwn mn dnshthql b'bl' ythbthwn ythyr'yth dyn wl' 'nthwn khthyryn w'nthwn
You are puffed up, and didn’t rather mourn, that he who had done this deed might be removed from among you.

ܐܢܐ ܓܝܪ ܟܕ ܪܚܝܩ ܐܢܐ ܡܢܟܘܢ ܒܦܓܪ ܘܩܪܝܒ ܐܢܐ ܠܟܘܢ ܒܪܘܚ ܡܢ ܟܕܘ ܕܢܬ ܐܝܟ ܩܪܝܒܐ ܠܗܘ ܡܢ ܕܗܕܐ ܣܥܪ
ser dhd' mn lhw qryb' 'yk dnth kdw mn brwkh lkwn 'n' wqryb bpgr mnkwn 'n' rkhyq kd gyr 'n'
For I most certainly, as being absent in body but present in spirit, have already, as though I were present, judged him who has done this thing.

ܕܒܫܡܗ ܕܡܪܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܬܬܟܢܫܘܢ ܟܠܟܘܢ ܘܐܢܐ ܥܡܟܘܢ ܒܪܘܚ ܥܡ ܚܝܠܗ ܕܡܪܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ
mshykh' yshwe dmrn khylh em brwkh emkwn w'n' klkwn ththknshwn mshykh' yshwe dmrn dbshmh
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, you being gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

ܘܬܫܠܡܘܢܗ ܠܗܢܐ ܠܣܛܢܐ ܠܐܒܕܢܐ ܕܦܓܪܗ ܕܒܪܘܚ ܢܚܐ ܒܝܘܡܗ ܕܡܪܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܫܝܚܐ
mshykh' yshwe dmrn bywmh nkh' dbrwkh dpgrh l'bdn' lsTn' lhn' wthshlmwnh
are to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

ܠܐ ܫܦܝܪ ܫܘܒܗܪܟܘܢ ܠܐ ܝܕܥܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܕܚܡܝܪܐ ܩܠܝܠ ܟܠܗ ܓܒܝܠܬܐ ܡܚܡܥ
mkhme gbylth' klh qlyl dkhmyr' 'nthwn ydeyn l' shwbhrkwn shpyr l'
Your boasting is not good. Don’t you know that a little yeast leavens the whole lump?

ܕܟܘ ܡܢܟܘܢ ܚܡܝܪܐ ܥܬܝܩܐ ܕܬܗܘܘܢ ܓܒܝܠܬܐ ܚܕܬܐ ܐܝܟܢܐ ܕܐܝܬܝܟܘܢ ܦܛܝܪܐ ܦܨܚܐ ܓܝܪ ܕܝܠܢ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܗܘ ܕܐܬܢܟܣ ܚܠܦܝܢ
khlpyn d'thnks hw mshykh' dyln gyr ptskh' pTyr' d'ythykwn 'ykn' khdth' gbylth' dthhwwn ethyq' khmyr' mnkwn dkw
Purge out the old yeast, that you may be a new lump, even as you are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, has been sacrificed in our place.

ܡܛܠ ܗܢܐ ܢܥܒܕ ܥܕܥܕܐ ܠܐ ܒܚܡܝܪܐ ܥܬܝܩܐ ܘܠܐ ܒܚܡܝܪܐ ܕܒܝܫܘܬܐ ܘܕܡܪܝܪܘܬܐ ܐܠܐ ܒܚܡܝܪܐ ܕܕܟܝܘܬܐ ܘܕܩܕܝܫܘܬܐ
wdqdyshwth' ddkywth' bkhmyr' 'l' wdmryrwth' dbyshwth' bkhmyr' wl' ethyq' bkhmyr' l' eded' nebd hn' mTl
Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old yeast, neither with the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

ܟܬܒܬ ܠܟܘܢ ܒܐܓܪܬܐ ܕܠܐ ܬܬܚܠܛܘܢ ܥܡ ܙܢܝܐ

I wrote to you in my letter to have no company with sexual sinners;

ܠܐ ܕܝܢ ܐܡܪ ܐܢܐ ܥܠ ܙܢܝܐ ܕܒܥܠܡܐ ܗܢܐ ܐܘ ܥܠ ܥܠܘܒܐ ܐܘ ܥܠ ܚܛܘܦܐ ܐܘ ܥܠ ܦܠܚܝ ܦܬܟܪܐ ܘܐܢ ܠܐ ܚܝܒܝܢ ܗܘܝܬܘܢ ܐܦ ܡܢ ܥܠܡܐ ܠܡܦܩ
lmpq elm' mn 'p hwythwn khybyn l' w'n pthkr' plkhy el 'w khTwp' el 'w elwb' el 'w hn' dbelm' zny' el 'n' 'mr dyn l'
yet not at all meaning with the sexual sinners of this world, or with the covetous and extortionists, or with idolaters; for then you would have to leave the world.

ܗܕܐ ܕܝܢ ܕܟܬܒܬ ܠܟܘܢ ܕܠܐ ܬܬܚܠܛܘܢ ܐܢ ܐܝܬ ܕܡܬܩܪܐ ܐܚܐ ܘܐܝܬܘܗܝ ܙܢܝܐ ܐܘ ܥܠܘܒܐ ܐܘ ܦܠܚ ܦܬܟܪܐ ܐܘ ܡܨܥܪܢ ܐܘ ܪܘܝ ܐܘ ܚܛܘܦ ܥܡ ܐܝܢܐ ܕܗܟܢܐ ܗܘ ܐܦܠܐ ܠܚܡܐ ܠܡܐܟܠ
lm'kl lkhm' 'pl' hw dhkn' 'yn' em khTwp 'w rwy 'w mtsern 'w pthkr' plkh 'w elwb' 'w zny' w'ythwhy 'kh' dmthqr' 'yth 'n ththkhlTwn dl' lkwn dkthbth dyn hd'
But as it is, I wrote to you not to associate with anyone who is called a brother who is a sexual sinner, or covetous, or an idolater, or a slanderer, or a drunkard, or an extortionist. Don’t even eat with such a person.

ܡܐ ܠܝ ܓܝܪ ܠܡܕܢ ܠܒܪܝܐ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܠܕܠܓܘ ܕܘܢܘ

For what do I have to do with also judging those who are outside? Don’t you judge those who are within?
